Shipping Policy

Most orders for products in stock are processed within 24 hours. Book orders received by 10:30 a.m. Eastern on business days are processed the same day. Our book distribution center is operational at least sixteen hours a day, Monday through Saturday between November 15, and December 31.

All in stock items will ship as soon as the order is processed, in one shipment. Backordered items will hold until all items are received and will all come together in one shipment. If backorders are not received by the backorder cancellation date, all items on backorder will be cancelled

Shipping Options

We have a few options available to us for domestic orders using USPS and UPS.
Please note that all items shipping to an APO/FPO and PO Box addresses must ship via the USPS.

United States Postal Service – USPS
Media Mail – the most economical shipping method, but also the slowest. Shipments can take up to 4 weeks. Cost $2.50 + $1.25 per item.
Priority – 3 to 5 day delivery. Cost $5.75 + $2.70 per item.

United Parcel Service – UPS
UPS Standard Ground – recommended for most domestic orders (all 50 US states and Puerto Rico) has a delivery time of 2-5 business days. UPS orders are traceable and are automatically insured for up to $100. 2 to 7 day delivery. Cost $6.60+ $1.40 per item.
UPS Next Day Air – 2 to 3 day delivery. Cost $14.35 + $2.25 per item.
UPS Next Day Saturday delivery – Cost $20.00 + $4.25 per item. 

International Shipping Options
Not all products are available for international shipments. At this time we are limited to only shipping book titles that are hardcover, mass market paperback and quality paper.
UK Mail - 7- 10 day delivery. Cost $5.10 + $1.35 per item.
EU Mail – 7-14 day delivery. Cost $4.80 + $1.30 per item. Canadian – 8-14 day delivery. Cost $6.00 + $1.70 per item.
Rest of World (ROW) – 8-14 day delivery. Cost $7.60 + $2.20 per item.

These charges reflect only the shipping and handling charges. All import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
