You may return an item that arrived damaged or if you received an item in error. All returns must be made within two weeks of receipt. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted. All packing slips include a “return” label and complete return instructions. Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us immediately if an order was received damaged, defective or was incorrect.
We cannot issue refunds for the return of: • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. • Any book that has obvious signs of use. • Any CD that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). • Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged. • Any copyrighted material that may be easily copied such as downloaded PDFs, software, and publications in three ring binders.
If you purchased a download in error please notify us immediately.
Some KIMBooks.org publications are partially funded by pre-publication sales at a reduced price. Cancellations of pre-publication orders more than thirty days before publication are subject to a 25% service fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations within thirty days of publication.
Cancellations more than thirty days before a program or event are subject to a 10% service fee; there is no service fee if you wish to apply a registration fee to another program or event offered by KIMBooks.org. Fifty percent of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations between seven and thirty days of a program or event. No refunds will be made for cancellations within one week of a program or event. All registrations are transferable to an appropriate representative of the person or organization that paid the fee.
Please maintain electronic or written documentation of refund, return or cancellation requests.
