Q: What is the best way to find a particular title, especially if I don’t know all of the title?
A: Keyword search, which is also the default search, is the easiest and will return the greatest search results. Keyword can be a combination of the title and author name or just what parts of the title you do remember.
Q: What if I only know the subject matter and want to find books to help me learn about the subject?
A: KIMBooks uses the BISAC subject categories which includes over 4,100 subject classifications. If, for example, you are interested in 18th Century History, click on History on the left side of the page to see all the History categories. Some subjects also have subcategories. Search results are displayed are based on sales, from most to least.
Q: How do I purchase a gift certificate?
A: We offer gift certificates in $5, $10, $20 and $50 denominations. You may use any combination of these denominations to purchase a single gift certificate in another amount. A: KIMBooks provides 24/7 online access to your order history and status via Check My Account. All of your orders may be accessed at View Order Status and History; to review the details on the status of a specific order, click on that order number.

A: KIMBooks offers a number of reputable shipping options to deliver products to our customers around the world. All products are shipped at cost.
Q: How does it take for my order to be shipped from KIMBooks?
A: All orders for products in stock are processed and shipped within one business day. Our book distribution center is operational at least sixteen hours a day, Monday through Saturday between November 15, and December 31.
Q: What happens if an order is out of stock?
A: If an item becomes out of stock during processing, you will receive an email notifying you of the delay. If you have other items in your order, they will be shipped as ordered. KIMBooks will make every attempt to obtain and ship out of stock items as quickly as possible and customers may cancel out of stock items at any time. We regret any inconvenience.
